Welcome to Asterisk, where school means swords, superpowers, and battling for glory.

After a worldwide disaster called Invertia gives rise to a new generation of superpowered humans, the academy city of Rikka becomes the stage for the world's biggest battle tournament. When Ayato Amagiri arrives at Seidoukan Academy searching for answers about his missing sister, he quickly finds himself drawn into the dangerous world of the Festa—and a rivalry with the fiery princess Julis-Alexia.

Between magical duels, school rivalries, powerful opponents, and the mysteries surrounding Ayato's past, surviving at Asterisk is going to take more than talent. The Asterisk War blends action, science fiction, fantasy, romance, and school comedy into a fast-paced tournament adventure.
