He’s a vampire who loves manga more than blood—and he’s about to save a ghost.

Staz Charlie Blood is one of the most powerful vampire bosses in the Demon World—but instead of terrorizing humans, he'd rather spend his time obsessing over Japanese manga, anime, and video games. When a human girl named Fuyumi accidentally wanders into his territory and is killed, becoming a ghost, Staz vows to bring her back to life. Their quest sends them on a wild adventure through the Demon World, where eccentric allies, dangerous rivals, and bizarre supernatural battles await. Created by Yuuki Kodama, Blood Lad is a fast-paced supernatural comedy packed with action, pop culture references, and heartfelt moments.
