Love lingers in the smog of a city that shouldn’t exist. In the hazy labyrinth of Kowloon Walled City, two real estate agents—Kujirai and Kudou—navigate love, memory, and the strange pull of nostalgia that lingers in the smog. Their daily routine feels ordinary… until cracks begin to show in their world and in themselves. Blending retro-futuristic sci-fi with quiet romance, Kowloon Generic Romance is a haunting, atmospheric exploration of identity and desire from the creator of After the Rain.
