She confessed her love—he handed her a stack of manga manuscripts!

High school student Chiyo Sakura finally works up the courage to confess her feelings to her crush, Umetarou Nozaki—only to discover he's a popular shōjo manga artist who mistakes her confession for admiration from a fan. Before long, Chiyo becomes his reluctant assistant, and together with an eccentric group of classmates, they stumble through one hilariously awkward misunderstanding after another. Bursting with clever humor and lovable characters, Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun is a delightful romantic comedy that affectionately pokes fun at shōjo manga tropes.
